The house is designed for socialising and relaxing, with generous living areas, a large kitchen and dining space, and multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. Outside, you’ll find extensive gardens and your own private spa area — ideal for long summer days and indulgent evenings. Guests enjoy privacy, space and countryside views while remaining well connected for events and celebrations. NOTES: - Please note that the lead guest will be required to sign a simple guest agreement to protect both owner and guest. - FOR HEN PARTIES; A fully-refundable £1500 damage deposit is required for hen parties prior to check-in. - No Stag Parties POOL NOTE: Please note that through the months April -October the pool is heated as standard. For bookings outside of this date, heating of the pool is an additional cost and requires approval. -PETS: Pets are allowed, prior to approval and will incur a fee of £100 per stay per pet.
